In 2002, Bobbe founded Advantage Learning Technologies, Inc. (ALT) which has provided ID services and implemented projects for clients in finance, healthcare, gasses and chemicals, manufacturing, distribution, construction, government and higher education. Bobbe and her associates are the authors of several books and many courses on instructional design and development. ALT, provides training and education on site, online and at strategic locations to meet your needs. Bobbe's prior experience includes: Direstor of the Graduate Program in Instructional Technology Mangement at La Salle University, Director of IT, VP Software Development, Senior Scientist, Management Consultant and educator. Education includes a B.A. from Waynesburg College, M.A.from West Virginia University, M.S. from Lehigh University and Ph.D. Capella University.
